Postage

• We calculate the postage cost on the weight of your overall order. The charge also includes a small charge for packaging and administration costs although wherever possible we use recycled boxes and packing to do our bit for the planet.

The postage rates are:-

up to 100g   – £1.95

101g-250g   – £2.65

251g-500g  – £3.20

501g-750g – £3.70

751g-1kg    – £4.30

up to 2kg   – £5.35

up to 4kg  – £8.00

up to 6kg  – £10.55

over 6kg –  £12.00

• For packets and parcels up to 6kg we use Royal Mail first class (items over 100g will be sent recorded delivery and will therefore require a signature) and standard parcel post. For parcels over 6kg we use a courier service.
• Although we will dispatch your order within 48 hours please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If you require a speedy delivery please give us a call to discuss the postage options. The last posting date for Christmas is Monday 20th December 2010.

Delivery

If you would like to place an order there are several options…..

• Online- place you chosen items in the basket and pay at the checkout through Cardsave our secure payment provider.
• Call – telephone 024 7671 1605 during shop opening hours. We can then take your order and process the payment including delivery charge via our store card machine. 
• Pay & Collect - Put your items in your basket and select the store collection option at the checkout.  Your payment will be taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.  You can then collect your purchase  from our shop in Earlsdon Street, Coventry within 7 days of purchase. If you live in postcodes CV1 to CV6 and your order totals more than £50,  telephone the shop 024 76711605 during opening hours (9.30am – 4.30 pm) to arrange for free delivery. 

Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase the items must be returned to us within 7 days in perfect/re-saleable condition. Along with the item(s) can you please enclose your contact details and a copy of your receipt. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the cost of the item(s) to the card used for the original transaction.
